It was a special day for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, visiting the Taj Mahal on the last stop of their royal tour.
The Taj Mahal is one of the iconic symbols of India, and also the place of one of the most memorable photos of Prince William's mother, the late Princess of Wales.
It was a poignant moment for Prince William to visit 24 years on from Diana's solo trip to the 'monument of love'. With Kate by his side, the Prince posed on the same bench as his mother, capturing the sentiment of the visit.
Following the photo opportunity, William and Kate had a private tour of the historic mausoleum.
For this special occasion, Kate wore a white dress with blue embroidered motif from American fashion designer Naeem Khan. Born in Mumbai, India, Khan is known for his intricately hand-beaded and embroidered dresses.
Kate wore a sheath dress from Khan's Resort 2015 line, however the dress has been modified when you compare it to the off-the-rack version shown on the model below. Kate's dress is slightly longer with an extra panel of embroidery at the hem. This suggests the dress is a bespoke piece.
On her feet were trademark nude high heels; the LK Bennett 'Fern' pumps.
Kate accessorized with an interesting choice of earrings. She wore the pretty blue US$7 earrings she purchased from a Bhutanese craft market during her hike to Tiger's Nest yesterday.
She also wore her signature Ray Bay wayfarer sunglasses.
Always the fashion diplomat, Kate's final outfit of the tour combined a dress by an Indian-born designer with shoes by a UK brand and earrings from Bhutan. She absolutely nailed it!
