Today, the Duchess of Cambridge was in Portsmouth to learn about projects inspiring young people to take up sailing. Catherine visited the headquarters of 1851 Trust, a charity of which she is Royal Patron.
The 1851 Trust is the affiliate charity of Land Rover Ben Ainslie Racing (BAR), the British sailing team aiming to win the America’s Cup. Today, Kate helped launch the Trust’s two flagship sailing projects in partnership with UKSA and the Andrew Simpson Sailing Foundation. She met people involved in the project, which aims to encourage young people from diverse backgrounds to pursue sailing as a sport.
She then opened the new Tech Deck education centre at the facility.
For today's visit, Kate wore her military-inspired Alexander McQueen separates, first seen during a visit to the Summerfield Community Centre in August 2011, and again for a visit to Bletchley Park in June 2014.
Both the blouse and skirt are from the Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2011 collection. The Military Silk Georgette Blouse features navy trim detailing, gold button-fastening and a peplum hem. It retailed for £795. The navy Embellished Wool Crepe Skirt has directional front slits and gold tone decorative button front. It retailed for £580.
The navy and white combination of today's outfit was a conventional choice. Kate has donned traditional nautical colours for her past 1851 Trust engagements.
Today, the Duchess carried her navy Jaeger quilted leather clutch.
On her feet were the Rupert Sanderson 'Malory' Navy Suede Pumps.
She finished the look with her Sapphire & Diamond Oval Drop 'Diana' Earrings.
After her time at the new Tech Centre, the Duchess went for a high-speed sail with Ben Ainslie and some of his crew.
For her session on the water, Kate changed into technical gear by Henri Lloyd - the official outfitters of the Land Rover Ben Ainslie Racing team.
She sported a new pair of Adidas 'Pure Boost X' running shoes (US$119.95) in Black with 'Shock Green' laces. The lightweight training shoes are equipped with the Adidas signature Boost foam properties and have a soft, sock-like upper that is designed to hug the foot.
Following her stint on the water, Kate made another wardrobe change for her trip home. The Daily Mail posted photos of Kate leaving the Land Rover BAR headquarters wearing a casual all-black outfit.
The Daily Mail suggests Kate wore the J.Crew 'Cambridge' cable crewneck sweater (US$88.00), however judging by the size of the cable knit and ribbing I don't think this is correct.
Kate's sweater is consistent with a Ralph Lauren design. Below we show three possible options from Ralph Lauren's various lines:
We may never know which style Kate wore, but if i had to put my money on one, I would say it's the Ralph Lauren POLO Slim Cable Cashmere Sweater. What do you think?

Today, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry were at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in east London to attend the launch of Heads Together - a new campaign to end mental health stigma.
Heads Together is the biggest project the royal trio have undertaken together and will see them working in partnership with a number of mental health charities, including Kate's patronage, Place2be.
For the launch, Kate donned a new skirt by American fashion retailer, Banana Republic - a brand we have never seen her wear before.
She wore the label's Geo Jacquard Midi Skirt (US$138), featuring a geometric pattern in a mix of navy, teal and white. The a-line midi skirt has a pleat at the front and is rendered in jacquard cotton.
Kate paired the skirt with the Goat Fashion 'Binky' blouse in cream (£290) - also a new addition to her closet.
She supplemented the ensemble with navy suede accessories. Kate carried her LK Bennett 'Fromme' clutch, and on her feet were the Rupert Sanderson 'Malory' pumps.
She finished the look with her Sapphire & Diamond Oval Drop 'Diana' Earrings and Cartier Ballon Bleu watch.

This evening, the Duchess of Cambridge attended the Vogue 100: A Century of Style exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery (NPG). This followed a busy a day of engagements at Hampton Court and her patronage, the Anna Frued Centre.
Kate appears on the cover of British Vogue's centenary issue, and as patron of the NPG she also agreed for two images from the shoot to be installed within the exhibition. Photographed by Josh Olins in the Norfolk countryside, Kate features in a 10-page shoot within the June 2016 issue, the first magazine shoot that she has ever consented to.
This evening marked the first time the Duchess had seen the portraits.
The exhibition features more than 280 prints commissioned by British Vogue since it was founded in 1916. It tells the story of one of the most influential fashion magazines in the world.
Kate continued the Downunder Tour recycling theme from earlier today. She re-wore her powder pink Alexander McQueen pleated peplum dress which she premiered during the Australian leg of the royal tour in 2014.
The Duchess added a touch of glamour to the ensemble with her dazzling Monica Vinader 'Riva' Diamond Cluster bib necklace and matching earrings.
She wore the same LK Bennett accessories from earlier today which consisted of the 'Fern' trench leather pumps and matching 'Nina' frame clutch bag.
She finished the look with her Cartier Ballon Bleu Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch.

It was a busy day for the Duchess of Cambridge with a line up of engagements. Her first stop was at Hampton Court Palace to unveil their newest attraction, The Magic Garden.
The attraction is an enchanted themed children's play area featuring a 25 foot-long sleeping dragon, colourful turrets, battlements and a secret grotto.
The garden has been designed by the award-winning landscape architect of RHS Chelsea, Robert Myers and is built in King Henry VIII’s former tiltyard (a courtyard used for jousting practice and tournaments). It draws inspiration from the Tudor Court, allowing youngsters to learn about Hampton Court’s history while they play.
For the occasion, Kate wore her blue twill Michael Kors swing coat.
She debuted the piece by the American designer during the Royal tour of Australia in 2014.
Under the coat, we got a glimpse of the Roksanda Ilincic 'Peridot' Shift Dress.
This is the third occasion Kate has publicly worn the dress. It premiered in 2011 during the North America tour, and she repeated it for the GREAT Campaign reception in 2012.
On her feet were the LK Bennett 'Fern' trench leather pumps.
She carried a new frame clutch by LK Bennett. It is the 'Nina' style, also in trench leather to match her shoes. It is from an upcoming collection and you can add your name to the wait list.
The Duchess' second event of the day was a luncheon with the Anna Freud Centre. This was her first engagement as the newly appointed patron of the charity.
Kate first visited the centre in September last year to gain an insight into the provision of alternative education for children with mental health issues.
For the lunch reception at Spencer House, Kate removed her Michael Kors coat to reveal the 'Peridot' dress and Cartier Ballon Bleu Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch.
Later today, Kate will attend the Vogue 100 exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery (NPG). As patron of the NPG, Kate stars on the cover of the magazine's centenary issue and also agreed for two images from the shoot to be installed within the exhibition.
