This antique Victorian-era ring was reportedly a gift from Prince William to Kate Middleton. It is said to have been given as a promise ring in 2005. Worn on her right middle finger, the band features three alternating garnets, representing Kate's birthstone, and two seed pearls, symbolizing William's birthstone.
