A Royal Duet: The Princess of Wales and Princess Charlotte Perform Erland Cooper’s 'Holm Sound'

​The Princess of Wales shared a touching moment with her daughter, Princess Charlotte, as the pair performed a special piano duet during the Christmas Eve broadcast of the Together at Christmas Carol Service.

Pre-recorded in the festive Inner Hall at Windsor Castle, the mother-daughter pair performed Holm Sound by Scottish composer Erland Cooper—a serene piece inspired by nature, connection, and motherhood. ​

Kate played the accompanying arpeggios with her left hand, while Charlotte gracefully handled the melody with her right.

Kate is seen in a rich teal velvet dress with bracelet-length sleeves finished with ruffled cuffs. The full-length silhouette is complemented by softly puffed shoulders.
