The Princess of Wales recently made a private visit to the exhibition Beauty of the Earth: The Art of May, Jane and William Morris at The Arc in Winchester.
Opened to the public on 15 November 2025, the exhibition runs until 4 February 2026. It celebrates the enduring artistic legacy of the Morris family, showcasing a range of works—from intricate embroidery and iconic wallpapers to decorated books and oil paintings.
On 31 January 2026, Catherine shared a personal video of her visit on Instagram, expressing her admiration for how The Arc has placed creativity at the heart of the community and made art widely accessible. She described the exhibition as “a powerful reminder of the connection between nature, creativity and craft,” and extended her thanks to the team at The Arc for the inspiring experience.
For the outing, Kate is seen wearing a camel single-breasted wool coat with coordinating trousers. It's been suggested the coat could be bespoke piece by Burberry but this has not been confirmed by the brand.
It's also suggested the orange scarf could be the pashmina first worn in April 2016 for a private dinner with the King and Queen of Bhutan during the Royal Tour.
However, I disagree. A closer look at the draping and appearance in the released video footage suggests otherwise. The scarf appears thicker, shorter, and more structured in how it sits around her neck—qualities more consistent with a denser wool or blended knit rather than the lighter, more fluid drape typical of a pashmina stole.
She appeared to be wearing chucky flat boots in dark brown suede.

On Tuesday, the Princess of Wales travelled to the North of England to highlight the restorative power of creativity, community and nature for individuals living with the lasting effects of trauma, isolation and mental ill health.
She began the day with a visit to Family Action’s Children’s Trauma Therapy Service in Bradford.
The Princess, who has been Family Action’s royal patron since 2019, supports the organisation’s work helping children aged four to eighteen, and their families, to understand and recover from the effects of complex trauma. The service works closely with families who have experienced adversity, abuse and traumatic bereavement.
The Princess’s next engagement took place at Wakefield Trinity Rugby League Club, where she learned how the club’s outreach programmes bring generations together and support individuals experiencing isolation within the community.
As the league’s royal patron, the Princess was introduced to the In Touch programme, which provides a welcoming community space for older people to combat social isolation through activities such as quizzes, games and guided stadium tours.
At the conclusion of the visit, Kate changed outfits in preparation for her next outdoor engagement, joining a Mind Over Mountains wellbeing walk.
Mind Over Mountains supports individuals, workplace teams, social prescribers and emergency responders through guided walks and retreats designed to promote mental wellbeing. Based in the Peak District, the organisation uses therapeutic outdoor experiences as a core part of its approach.
Kate’s first look embraced tailored tonal browns, combining her Holland Cooper double-breasted blazer with a chocolate knit turtleneck (previously worn in February 2025) and new pair of Edeline Lee 'Averill' Trousers.
Middleton Maven points out that her new pumps are the Emmy London 'Josie' Mid Block Heel in Chocolate Suede.
Throughout the day, Kate wore her Cartier Trinity Classic Model Earrings.
For the mountain walk, the Princess rugged up, layering her Dubarry ‘Friel’ olive utility jacket over the Seeland ‘Hawker’ pine green quilted jacket.
It's been suggested the teal-toned turtleneck may be the House of Bruar Ladies Merino Roll Neck in Racing Green (£59.95).
For extra warmth, Kate added a Brora cashmere fine-cable snood in Mushroom — a familiar style previously seen in her wardrobe in Bordeaux.
Her pants are the Holland Cooper Jodhpur Jean in Chocolate (£99).
On her feet were the Berghaus Supalite II Goretex Tech Boots.
The Prince and Princess of Wales—known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay in Scotland—visited Stirling and Falkirk on Tuesday to highlight Scotland’s rich heritage traditions and how they continue to connect communities and inspire future generations.
Following an impromptu stop at The Kelpies in Falkirk (shown above), the royal couple started their day of engagements at the National Curling Academy in Stirling.
They met members of Team GB and Paralympics Curling Teams to hear about their training ahead of the Commonwealth Games before taking part in a curling game on the ice.
William and Kate then traveled to the heart of Stirling to visit Radical Weavers, a handweaving studio and charity dedicated to preserving traditional crafts. The studio hosts various workshops, including specialized classes in Scottish tartan-weaving.
The Princess sat at a traditional loom to weave an “inch and a half” of what the charity aims to grow into a record-breaking 3km-long tartan scarf (in the Wallace tartan).
After they visited, the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay stopped to greet the crowds that had gathered outside the studio.
The couple’s final stop was The Gothenburg Pub in the former mining village of Fallin. Founded in 1910, The Goth is one of the few remaining Scottish pubs run under the Gothenburg system, which reinvests profits back into the local community.
For their day of engagements in Stirling and Falkirk, the Duchess of Rothesay wore a bespoke blue tartan double-breasted midi coat by London-based tailor Chris Kerr, crafted from wool fabric specially woven by Johnstons of Elgin.
She collaborated closely with Johnstons of Elgin to design the custom tartan pattern, selecting colours that evoke the Scottish Saltire flag.
Kate removed her coat during the visit to the curling centre, revealing her navy ZARA Buttoned Cuff Turtleneck paired with a new navy Le Kilt × Johnstons of Elgin long kilt (£895).
She also wore a new Fair Isle knit vest by Bamford. The owner of the British luxury lifestyle brand confirmed on Instagram that the piece is from their AW18 collection and was made in Scotland from British-spun wool.
For much of the day, the Princess wore her custom black suede block-heel boots by Gianvito Rossi. However, while on the ice at the curling centre, she changed into a new pair of Tod’s ankle boots in black suede (thanks to Kate Middleton Style for the ID).
Priced at $1,095, the Chelsea style boots feature a side elastic inserts, Tod's logo tag and rubber outsole with iconic embossed detailing.
Kate's beloved Sapphire & Diamond Oval Drop Earrings finished the ensemble.
On Thursday, the Princess of Wales, Patron of the Rugby Football Union, hosted a reception at Windsor Castle for the England Women’s Rugby team, following their World Cup win in September 2025.
The players and team staff were given a tour of the Castle, before joining the Princess to celebrate their achievement.
The team then posed for a formal group photo with the Princess.
Kate made a striking appearance at the reception in her red Alexander McQueen separates, first worn in January 2023 for the Shaping Us launch and later re-worn that year for the Coronation Concert.
It is difficult to say with certainty, but the blouse may be her Holland Cooper shirt bodysuit, which she has worn on several occasions with the lapels tucked neatly behind her blazer.
On her feet were the Gianvito Rossi 'Gianvito 105' Suede Pumps in Granta Red.
The Princess finished the look with her Katherine James Vintage Pearl Earrings and Auree 'Bali' January Garnet Birthstone Necklace.
Released on her 44th birthday, the Palace shared a new short film titled Winter, marking the conclusion of Catherine’s four-part Mother Nature series.
In the video, the Princess of Wales reflects on the restorative power of nature and how it supported her healing, as the series explores humanity’s connection to the natural world across the seasons.
In the clip, Kate is seen wearing her green Barbour by ALEXACHUNG 'Elfie' Jacket. with a chunky ribbed-cuff knit underneath.
She's sporting the House of Bruar Ladies Tweed 8 Piece Hat in Green Herringbone (£64.95)
Kate appears to be wearing her Katherine Hooker Blue Cashmere and Paisley silk scarf, a piece first seen in 2007.
The outdoorsy ensemble was finished with her go-to Penelope Chilvers Long Tassel Boots.
Ahead of her 44th birthday tomorrow, the Princess of Wales, accompanied by Prince William, visited Charing Cross Hospital in London in their role as Patrons of NHS Charities Together.
The royal couple surprised healthcare staff during their tea break and spent time speaking with them about the challenges they face during the winter season.
They also met volunteers supported by the charity, who play a vital role in enhancing patient care and easing the pressure on the wider workforce.
The Prince and Princess later took part in a roundtable with NHS charity CEOs, trustees, policymakers, and philanthropists to explore the crucial role of philanthropy in supporting the NHS.
For her first engagement of 2026, Kate wore her maroon Roland Mouret stretch cady pantsuit.
Today, she styled it with a new ruby-red ME+EM silk sleeveless blouse, complete with a removable matching scarf. Thanks to Middleton Maven for the ID.
Kate complemented the rich, deep red tones with brown suede accessories, including her DeMellier ‘The Small Hudson’ bag and Gianvito Rossi ‘Gianvito’ 105 pumps.
