The Princess of Wales joined Prince William on the red carpet on Sunday evening for the 79th British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards ceremony at the Royal Festival Hall in London.
Catherine dazzled in her Gucci gown, first debuted at the 100 Women in Finance gala in February 2019 (shown below).
It's a bespoke floor-length dress featuring delicate layers of pleated tulle in a soft array of pinks and finished with a burgundy velvet waistband.
A glimpse at the back reveals a zip-pull detail running down the bodice.
The Princess chose the same accessories she wore for the gown’s debut, carrying the burgundy velvet ‘Rosa’ minaudière by Prada and stepping out in shimmering platinum lamé ‘Cabrina’ pumps by Oscar de la Renta.
For the finishing touch, Kate turned to historic royal jewels, pairing the Greville Diamond Chandelier Earrings with Queen Mary’s Diamond Choker Bracelet.

Was waiting for Catherine to wear this gown again and the wait was definitely worth it. This is such a romantic dress, I love the hair and makeup too. She looked absolutely stunning and perfect.

I am not a fan of this gown, but the Princess looked beautiful. I much preferred this rewear as opposed to the first wear in 2019. I liked her choice of jewels. The diamond earrings and gorgeous diamond bracelet which is one of my favorite jewel pieces. I love the burgundy Prada clutch, gorgeous!.

The Princess looked radiant in this Gucci re-wear, proving the timeless power of a beautifully cut silhouette. Her choice of jewels elevated the ensemble effortlessly. The Prada burgundy velvet evening clutch, perfectly matched to her belt, was a refined touch. As she moved, the gown’s train glided gracefully behind her, completing a truly captivating look.

She looked stunning. I'd been expecting her to wear this dress again ever since she first wore it in 2019, and I liked this one even more; the voluminous curls enhanced her face more than the half-up style in 2019. The jewelry also elevated it; I just think it lacked a diamond necklace, but maybe that would have been a bit too "heavy," so I don't know. Anyway, this was definitely one of my favorite looks from the BAFTAs.
