The Prince and Princess of Wales stepped out for Day 2 of Royal Ascot on Wednesday—her first time attending the event since 2023.
Ascot Racecourse is steeped in heritage and history and was founded by Queen Anne in 1711. Over the past 300 years, Ascot has established itself as a national institution; with Royal Ascot becoming the centrepiece of the British social calendar and the ultimate stage for the best racehorses in the world.
The annual meeting spans over five days and each day begins at 2:00pm with a Royal Procession along the famous Straight Mile in horse-drawn landaus.
The iconic race meeting has long been a spectacle of fashion and style, and today, the Princess did not disappoint, looking vibrant in a Roksanda repeat first worn in March 2022 during the Royal Tour of the Caribbean.

Made from yellow crepe with silk lining, the Brigitte midi dress celebrates Roksanda's signature architectural forms with a fitted waistline, and bow detail at the shoulder. Kate had the design customized with short sleeves.
The Princess debuted the 'Epona' hat by Jane Taylor, a striking yellow straw piece featuring delicate spotted veiling. Thanks to Laura (@Japanese_Ginger) for the ID.
She accessorized with the Anya Hindmarch 'Maud' pearl-embellished satin clutch in ivory.
The Princess completed the look with two stunning heirloom pieces: Queen Elizabeth II’s diamond chandelier earrings and Princess Diana’s Nigel Milne 'Birthright' three-strand pearl bracelet.

Beautiful outfit, however, yellow does not suit her in my opinion.

I love this dress and the hat is fun. The shoes could be different, white would have been better.

The Princess is quite the vision in yellow and she truly was glowing. My only gripe with the outfit is the hat, it looks like a hot mess with all that netting.

She looks lovely in this rewear. I'm glad she didn't wear white shoes, I like the blush shade of shoe she wore. The pearl bracelet and her diamond earrings looked wonderful.

The earrings are lovely, but I find them rather fragile and fine. The 3 strand pearl bracelet is a beautiful piece, one of my favorites. The yellow dress, has nice shape and style and elevates the overall look. Not a fan of the hat. I think its all the netting that I dislike. I like the color of her shoes, her clutch is gorgeous.
