On Friday, the Prince and Princess of Wales hosted a garden party at Buckingham Palace on behalf of King Charles III.

They were joined by the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
Zara Tindell was also in attendance.
The garden parties are a cherished royal tradition, with the Monarch hosting several each year during late spring in the grounds of Buckingham Palace and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. The events provide an opportunity for members of the Royal Family to recognise and celebrate individuals from across the community for their outstanding public service and contributions to society.
Today, the Princess debuted a new look by Self-Portrait.
It's the the label’s cream 3D Flower Polka Dot Chiffon Midi Dress from AW 26 collection, featuring a 3D flower jacket with a polka-dot chiffon pleated midi skirt.
Kate wore her hair partially pulled back and debuted a vintage straw hat by Mitzi Lorenz, featuring black floral embellishments and a dramatic oversized black net bow at the back. ID by @GabiK_blogoKate via X.
She carried her Forever New 'Lily' Woven Clutch.
On her feet were the Ralph Lauren 'Celia' Calfskin Pumps.
The Princess wore jewellery with deep familial connections, adorning herself with the late Queen’s Bahrain Pearl Drop Earrings and Princess Diana's Nigel Milne triple-strand pearl bracelet.

Kate is still in her 40s, idk why after covid she has started to dress herself in looks that women wear in their 50s and 60s.

That dress is made of 100% polyester and made in China. I'm surprised she is wearing this. Are you sure it is not from another brand?

The Princess looks nice, but I am not a fan of this outfit. The flower on the jacket, I dislike. The jacket and skirt combination, I don't like, something doesn't combine well, I 'm not sure what that is. The color of her accessories, shoes and clutch is a no. I think black would have elevated the overall look. The triple strand pearl bracelet is beautiful, glad to see her wearing it. The pearl earrings are gorgeous. A single strand pearl necklace would have been the perfect wear here.
