Today, the Princess of Wales made a heartfelt visit to the Royal Marsden Hospital in West London, a place of personal significance as it was where she received her chemotherapy treatment last year.

This visit comes on the heels of the joyous news that the Princess is now in remission.

During her time at the hospital, Catherine expressed profound gratitude to the dedicated staff who played a pivotal role in her recovery. She also took the time to engage with patients currently undergoing cancer treatment, offering words of encouragement and empathy.
In a significant announcement following the visit, Kensington Palace revealed that Catherine and her husband, Prince William, have become joint patrons of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. This new role underscores their continued commitment to supporting cancer care and research.
