On Wednesday, the Princess of Wales made a return to public royal engagements after completing a course of preventative chemotherapy treatment.

She joined Prince William at Windsor Castle to meet 16-year-old Liz Hatton, a young photographer bravely battling a rare and aggressive form of cancer. Liz had received a personal invitation from the future king to attend an investiture he was hosting. Following the event, Liz and her family had a private audience with William and Kate, where they shared her cancer journey and discussed her experiences.

The Princess wore her maroon Roland Mouret stretch cady pantsuit for her much-anticipated return to work.
She paired it with the tan Ralph Lauren Collection Cashmere Knit Crewneck Sweater.
Kate completed her polished look with the elegant Cassandra Goad Temple of Heaven earrings.
