On Tuesday, The Princess of Wales made a visit to the newly opened V&A East Storehouse in London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
As the patron of the Victoria and Albert Museum, Catherine’s appearance underscored her passion for the arts and her commitment to celebrating creative expression.
The Storehouse, which opened to the public on May 31, offers unprecedented free access to over 600,000 treasures from the V&A’s vast collection, spanning fashion, film, visual art, design, and performance.
The Princess received an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour from the V&A’s curatorial team and engaged with the newly recruited V&A East Storehouse collections access team, locally hired to advance the V&A’s mission of ensuring universal access to its collections.
The Princess explored a selection of objects in storage, discovering from the access team how interaction with these treasures can spark creative inspiration for everyone.
Kate stepped out in a familiar Alexander McQueen trouser suit in a striking ‘electric navy’ shade. The ensemble features a sleek, single-breasted tailored jacket paired with coordinating cigarette trousers.
Middleton Maven suggests the ivory shell top is the Joseph Silk Tank (US$325).
Adding a touch of glamour, Kate elevated her look with a bold gold statement--Laura Lombardi 'Portrait' Necklace—paired beautifully with Carousel Jewels 'Stella' Earrings, featuring lapis and moonstone accents.
On her feet, she opted for the navy suede Prada pointy-toe pumps, adding a refined finish to her tailored ensemble.

I'm liking these streak of repeats, it's definitely more environmentally friendly and I hope this encourages others to repeat items. I prefer this wear of the suit (the last time the lighting made it a colour that I didn't think suited Kate very well). Glad to see a repeat of the lovely earrings, and I like the necklace with this outfit but I don't think I'd wear both pieces of jewellery together.

I saw some comments on X saying that the shoe could be the Aquazzura Purist 85 Suede Pumps in Navy, and that in a certain photo you can see a bit of the pineapple on the sole of the shoe.

The color of the pantsuit is gorgeous, beautiful royal shade of blue. The jacket I love, but the pants though a great fit are imo a bit on the short side. Regardless she looks beautiful.
