On Tuesday, the Prince and Princess of Wales, together with other members of the Royal Family, joined the Duke of Kent at a Requiem Mass held at Westminster Cathedral to honor the Duchess of Kent, who passed away on September 4 at the age of 92.
The Prince and Princess are pictured arriving ahead of the Mass.
The Requiem Mass was led by Cardinal Vincent Nichols, the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster, with Bishop James Curry, Auxiliary Bishop of Westminster, and the Dean of Windsor also taking part. After the service, the coffin was taken by hearse to the Royal Burial Ground at Frogmore, Windsor.
For the solemn occasion, the Princess of Wales wore her black Catherine Walker Beaux Tie Coatdress, first seen at Prince Philip’s funeral in April 2021.
She wore her hair in a half updo with loose waves and repeated the Jane Taylor ‘Halo’ pillbox hat, which featured an attached birdcage veil.
Catherine chose deeply sentimental jewels from the late Queen Elizabeth II’s collection, wearing the Four Row Japanese Pearl Choker and the Silver Jubilee Pearl Earrings.
She was seen carrying black gloves and her Chanel Mini Flap Bag in Black Lambskin.
The Princess completed the look with her signature black Gianvito Rossi 105 suede pumps.
May Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Kent rest in eternal peace.

Its lovely to see a rewear of this CW coatdress. Its so elegant and refined. It fits well, I love the design. I love the fact the Princess wore black tights. Her diamond and pearl earrings are beautiful. Love the pearl choker. Beautiful presentation by the Princess, very respectful.
