In 2018 I will be changing the format of the Newsletter. It will no longer be published weekly as a "Weekly Wrap-Up". Instead I will post a Newsletter on an ad hoc basis. The reason for this is simply lack of time. I found the newsletter required too much effort on my weekends and took away valuable time with family and friends. Thank you for your understanding.
The countdown is on ... there is just over 20 days until Christmas! What to wear? What to buy? It can be a stressful time of year, and for those who need a little royal inspiration for the holidays, I have dedicated this year's final newsletter to the Holiday Season!
WHAT TO WEAR FOR THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
Need some sartorial ideas for the Holiday Season? Here are some outfit suggestions inspired by the Duchess of Cambridge:
Last Christmas, Kate stepped out in a familiar brown wool coat by Hobbs. She refined her yuletide look with a luxe faux-fur stole and added a vintage vibe with fringed leather block heels.
Whatever your traditions at Christmas time it's always nice to pick a stand-out outfit that that will make you feel especially festive. A red dress is a must during the Christmas holidays! Add some statement jewellery for a bit of glitz and glamour.
For those of us in the Southern Hemisphere, the "Silly Season" is about the beach and BBQ Christmas parties. The outfit Kate wore to a garden party in Germany would be ideal for any merry occasion Down Under! Get the look for less:

Sorry, there will no Wrap-Up this week because I will be out of town. Thanks for your understanding.
After battling with severe morning sickness at the beginning of her third pregnancy, the Duchess of Cambridge seems to be making a full recovery as she continues with her busy schedule this week.
On Tuesday evening she attended the charitable Anna Freud National Centre gala wearing her black Diane Von Furstenberg 'Zarita' lace gown. The next day she stepped out in London for a Place2Be forum, an event which helps to tackle mental health within schools. In contrast to Tuesday night's appearance, Kate cut a more casual figure in a plum tunic dress by Goat Fashion.

Below are my favorite repliKate finds of the week.
MIX & MATCH OUTFIT
Forget about the little black dress, it's all about the little plum dress this season! Kate looked effortless and chic when she stepped out in the Goat 'Eloise' dress for the Place2Be forum this week. The timeless tunic dress is a versatile piece which can be styled in so many ways. It can be dressed down with comfy leggings and flats, or up with tights and boots as shown below:

Each week I like to devote a little time browsing the websites of Kate's favourite brands and designers.
Seeing Kate back in Goat Fashion this week, motivated me to take a look at the British brand's current collection. I came across these Duchess-worthy styles by the label:
Congratulations S. Lefebvre from France, you have won a copy of Claudia Joseph's How to Dress Like a Princess: The Secrets of Kate’s Wardrobe! For those of you who missed out, you can grab a copy from Amazon for US$17.46.
I will be away this weekend and unfortunately I will not be able to bring you all the updates from the Remembrance events. I will do a catch-up post when I get back. I hope you all have a lovely weekend!
