The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge attended a Buckingham Palace reception this evening hosted by the Queen to honor British Olympic and Paralympic medalists from the Rio 2016 games.
Other senior royals in attendance included the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Harry, Prince Andrew and Princess Anne.
Kate chose a new bold midi wrap dress from her go-to designer, Alexander McQueen. The bespoke dress has a red poppy print which features in McQueen's Pre-Spring/Summer 2017 collection. Below are just a couple of examples of the print on a sleeveless midi dress and blouse from the collection.
The Duchess accessorized with her Gianvito Rossi red suede pumps and Miu Miu bow-embellished shoulder bag.
She finished the look with her Soru Jewellery Baroque Pearl Double Sided earrings.
