William, Kate and Harry visited the Global Academy today to officially open the state school in support of their mental health initiative Heads Together.
During their visit, the royal trio met students training to be the next generation of talent in the broadcast and digital media industry.
The students produced a radio show on the theme of mental health in honour of their royal visitors.
Kate stepped out today in a new red skirt suit by Armani Collezioni.
The smart suit from the Italian designer's diffusion line features a zip-front jacket with darting detail, and a knee-length pencil skirt. The two-piece set retails for £544 at Yoox.
The blazer is also on sale at Bloomingdale's - now US$717 down from US$1,195.
Kate offset the vibrant suit with neutral accessories. She teamed her cream Etui woven clutch with her nude Rupert Sanderson 'Malory' pumps.
Kate finished the outfit with her Mappin & Webb 'Empress' jewelry set and Cartier Ballon Bleu Watch.
Monday, Feb 19:
Kate will have her first joint engagement with Sophie, Countess of Wessex, as they host a reception at Buckingham Palace. The reception will showcase pieces created as part of the Commonwealth Fashion Exchange.
Wednesday, Feb 21:
Kate and William will visit Sunderland, in northeast England. They will officially open the Fire House, a new music and arts hub, where they will see music and dance performances from groups using the new facility. The Duke and Duchess will also visit the Northern Spire bridge over the River Wear, slated to open in the spring.
Tue, Feb 27:
Kate will visit St. Thomas’ Hospital to launch the Nursing Now campaign, created to raise the profile of nursing worldwide. She will visit a specialist ward, take part in a roundtable discussion and deliver a speech to mark the launch of the Nursing Now campaign. Later, Kate will visit the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists to learn more about the ways to reduce newborn and maternal mortality rates around the world.
Wednesday, Feb 28: In her role as Patron of the National Portrait Gallery, Kate will view the exhibition ‘Victorian Giants: The Birth of Art Photography.‘
