Bahrain Pearl Drop EarringsThe Bahrain Pearl Drop Earrings are part of the Royal Collection. The earrings each contain one large round diamond and four smaller ones, three baguette diamonds, and a Bahrain pearl dangling below. The pearl drops originate from a shell containing seven large pearls which was a wedding gift from the ruler of Bahrain to Princess Elizabeth and Lieutenant Philip Mountbatten in 1947. According to the Royal Collection, two of these pearls were used to create this pair of earrings. |
