NEWS Kate's royal duties are starting to ramp up and she has a jam-packed agenda for the rest of the month. Here is a list of Duchess Kate's upcoming engagements: Tuesday, 20th Oct 2015 - State Banquet for the visiting President of China. It is tipped that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will join HM the Queen in welcoming the Chinese President. However, the Palace has not yet confirmed who will be attending the banquet. Wednesday, 21st Oct 2015 - The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will take part in a creative industries function at Lancaster House with China’s President Xi and Madame Peng. Friday, 23th Oct 2015 - William and Kate will visit Dundee, Scotland where they go by the titles,The Earl and Countess of Strathearn. They have five engagements planned while there, including a walkabout and participation in an anti-bullying workshop. Monday, 26th Oct 2015 - The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry will join children from the charities they support at a creative industries-themed Charities Forum event, hosted by BAFTA and Aardman. Monday, 26th Oct 2015 - The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge along with Prince Harry will attend the world premiere of the Bond movie 'SPECTRE' in aid of the Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund. Tuesday, 27th Oct 2015 - The Duchess of Cambridge will gain an introduction to Chance UK's early intervention child mentoring programme at an event hosted by the charity at Islington Town Hall. Tuesday, 27th Oct 2015 - The Duchess of Cambridge will attend the 100 Women in Hedge Funds' Gala Dinner in aid of her patronage, The Art Room. There's also a good chance Kate may attend the Wales vs. South Africa Rugby World Cup match later today. The game starts at 4:00 pm BST (11:00 am EDT, 2:00 am AEDT). REPLIKATE REVIEW A few weeks back, Melanie asked if I knew of any wide-calf repliKates for the Aquatalia 'Rhumba' boots. I suggested the 'Camilla' leather heeled boot from Lane Bryant and she took the plunge and bought them!
The first pair she received from the company were slightly damaged but they quickly sent out a new pair and Melanie loves them! She says they are "true to size, gorgeous, comfortable and I believe would transition from work to play easily". Which one of these can you see Kate adding to her closet? COLLAGES BY KATIE I have teamed up with Katie from one of my favourite Duchess-inspired Instagram accounts @KateMidleton. The account is filled with fun facts and intriguing information, but what I particularly love are Katie's collages. She creates an informative series of collages related to Catherine's sartorial choices. I have teamed up with Katie to reproduce the collages, and each week I'll be sharing one in the newsletter. This week we take a peek inside Kate's makeup bag!  As many of you know, Kate is a big fan of Bobbi Brown products, using mostly their products for her wedding day. However she has been seen out and about in stores buying products since her wedding day giving us a little glimpse into the brands and products she goes for. She is known to wear Bobbi Brown's Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation, the Bobbi Brown Sandwashed Pink Lipstick with a layer of pale pink lip gloss, and their Dark Brow Kit and brown eyeshadow in Saddle, Slate and Rock Star. She loves Lancôme products when it comes to her signature eye look, using Hypnose mascara, Le Crayon eyeliner. Other products she has bought are Yves Saint Laurent Touché Éclat, Karen Herzog Switzerland Vit-a-Kombi I, Deborah Mitchell's Heaven Bee Venom mask, Kérastase Bain Satin and Masquintense, Nivea Visage Pure and Natural, and Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer.
