The Duchess of Cambridge attended the Anzac Day Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey today alongside her brother-in-law Prince Harry, and the Duke of Gloucester.
Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand which marks the anniversary of the Gallipoli landings in 1915 by Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (Anzac's) during the First World War. It now broadly commemorates all Australians and Kiwis “who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations” and “the contribution and suffering of all those who have served”.
Kate stepped out in a new peacock blue Catherine Walker coatdress.
The custom wool-crepe piece is based off the designer's 'Amber' style featuring a high neck collar, flared skirt and diagonal fastening of covered buttons.
The Duchess also debuted the 'Varick' hat by Rosie Olivia Millinery (£440) - an almond shaped chapeau with curled pheasant feather trim.
Another new addition was a pair of navy bow accented gloves.
At first glance I thought they were the pair she first wore back in 2013 at the Place2Be Forum, but the bow detail is different.
They do however look similar to the black gloves she wore for a visit to the Royal Air Force Wittering base in 2017, and the burgundy gloves she wore on Christmas Day. The brand of the gloves remains a mystery.
Kate offset the peacock hue of the coat with green suede accessories by Emmy London. We saw the return of the 'Rebecca' pumps in greenery suede, first seen at the 2017 St Patrick's Day parade. Today she premiered the 'Natasha' clutch in a matching 'greenery' suede. Both pieces are available via Emmy's bespoke service.
The Duchess chose jewellery by Kiki McDonough, wearing her Blue Topaz and Diamond Drop Earrings, andEden blue topaz flower necklace.
And finally, a closer look at Kate's elegant up-do.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined the Queen and other members of the British Royal Family for Easter Sunday service at St. George’s Chapel.
This was the couple's third consecutive year to attend the Easter celebrations at Windsor Castle. Here is a look back at their past attendances: The Duchess looked elegant today in her dove grey ensemble from Alexander McQueen which she first wore for an Easter Sunday church service at St. Andrews Cathedral in Sydney during the Royal Tour of Australia in April 2014. The custom coat has a silhouette based on a design from an earlier Alexander McQueen collection. The tailored coat has a funnel neck, concealed front fastening, structured shoulders, cropped sleeves, inset pockets to the sides, a rear vent and a straight hem. It is made from a acetate/rayon blend.
Kate again teamed the coat with her grey Jane Taylor ‘Lupin’ velour felt teardrop beret.
Kate accessorized with her favourite Emmy London styles in a Steel grey colourway. She carried the 'Natasha' clutch (£350), and on her feet were the 'Rebecca' pointed high-heel court shoes (£425).
The highlight of the outfit were the Robinson Pelham diamond acorn drop earrings.
This is just the third time they have been seen in public since Kate first wore them to her 2011 wedding. You may recall she also wore them in 2016 for the Order of The Garter Service. The earrings were custom-made for the wedding and they were a gift from her parents, Michael and Carole Middleton. The design of the diamond earrings was inspired by the family's new coat of arms that includes acorns and oak leaves.
Kate complemented the earrings with her oak leaf and acorn brooch.
We first got a glimpse of it at the Queen's Jubilee luncheon in 2012, and again on Christmas Day in 2015.
The Daily Mail has exclusive photos of the Cambridges and the Tindalls enjoying a day out at Burnham Market international horse trials in Norfolk.
The Duchess of Cambridge rugged up in her navy Barbour Longshore Quilted Jacket (£159), first worn during a visit to Northern Ireland in February.
The only other identifiable piece of clothing is her Ray-Ban Youngster Sunglasses in Brown Rubber.
I will update the post if further outfit details become available.
