This evening the Duchess of Cambridge attended the 100 Women in Hedge Funds black-tie dinner at the Victoria and Albert Museum in aid of Kate's patronage, The Art Room.
The Duchess stepped out in a bold floral gown from Erdem. She worn the designer's 'Alouette' printed silk-gazar gown (€3,395/US$$4,560).
The gown features a claret, cobalt-blue and cream floral print inspired by 1960's Japanese graphics. The silk-gazar dress has a fitted jewel-neck bodice and flares at the knee into a voluminous peplum skirt. Is is currently available at Net-a-Porter, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Boutique 1.
In the past week, we have seen Kate turn it up in the bling department and she continued that trend tonight.
She dipped into the Royal jewelry vault and wore a dazzling pair of the late Queen Mother’s sapphire and diamond fringe earrings on loan by the Queen. Thanks to My Small Obsessions for the ID.
We also saw the return of the art deco bracelet she’s been wearing since 2011 that is said to be a wedding gift from Prince Charles.
Rounding off Kate's ensemble were the Jimmy Choo 'Cosmic' pumps and Anya Hindmarch Bespoke Maud Clutch.
This is the third occasion the Duchess has attended the 100 Women in Hedge Funds gala. In 2013 she wore the Jenny Packham Ink Blue Silk Tulle Gown and in 2011 she donned a red Beulah number.

This afternoon, The Duchess of Cambridge visited Islington Town Hall to learn more about the work of Chance UK's child mentoring programme. The charity offers early intervention mentoring to help at-risk children find positive alternatives to their challenging behaviour that could otherwise result in anti-social or criminal offending in later life.
Kate repeated one of my all time favourite dresses, the Orla Kiely Grey Pleated Motif Dress.
You may recall that Kate first wore this lovey frock when she visited the Dulwich Picture Gallery in March 2012.
Today, Kate accessorized with familiar pieces which included her Mulberry 'Bayswater' Black Suede Clutch, Stuart Weitzman 'Power' pumps, Annoushka/Kiki pearl drop earrings and Cartier watch.
This post is in progress and will be updated when more photos and details become available.

Tonight, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry attended the world premiere of the Bond movie SPECTRE in aid of the Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund at the Royal Albert Hall.
Kate hit the red carpet in a new Jenny Packham gown.
The duck egg blue sheer gown is from the designer's Spring/Summer ready-to-wear 2011 collection. Kate obviously had the dress modified to provide more coverage.
Kate also debuted a Jenny Packham Casa Silver/Gold/Crystal clutch (£455).
Kate wore her hair in a glamorous up-do which revealed a dazzling pair of chandelier earrings.
Anna from My Small Obsessions quickly identified then as the Robinson Pelham Pagoda earrings set with blue topaz and diamonds in white gold (£14,300). You may recall that Pelham designed Kate's bridal earrings, however these Pagoda earrings were worn by Kate's mum Carole Middleton to the wedding reception.
On her feet were her Jimmy Choo 'Vamp' Glitter Platform Sandals, a Duchess favorite on the red carpet!
What did you think of tonight's look?

This morning, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry joined children from the charities they support at a creative industries-themed Charities Forum event, hosted by BAFTA and Aardman. Founded in 2006 by the two young princes, the Charities Forum is a collection of charities, of which the royal trio are Patrons or work closely with.
Today’s engagement included a viewing of Aardman’s latest film, Shaun the Sheep: The Farmer’s Llamas. Prior to the premiere the royal trio joined children from Kate’s patronages, including The Art Room, Each Hospices and Well Child at an animation workshop.
For today's event Kate turned to her sister's favorite designer, Tabitha Webb. A few months ago, Pippa Middleton collaborated with the British designer to create an exclusive dress and scarf in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
Kate wore the brand's 'Meg -Space' dress from the AW 15 collection. The silhouette is classic-Kate with a boat-neck, 3/4 sleeves, fitted bodice and a-line skirt. The silk dress is rendered in an abstract intergalactic "space" print.
Kate accessorized with her Mulberry ' Bayswater' black suede clutch and Jimmy Choo 'Aimee' black suede platform pumps.
Her jewellery pieces included the Ballon Bleu de Cartier Stainless Steel Bracelet Wristwatch and sapphire drop earrings.
I'll be back tonight to cover the world premier of the Bond movie SPECTRE which will be attended by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent the day in Dundee, Scotland and undertook a number of engagements related to youth mental well-being.
The Earl and Countess of Strathearn, as they are known in Scotland, met while studying at nearby St Andrews University. Kensington Palace tweeted that the royal couple spent last night in St Andrews, staying at the luxurious Old Course Hotel.
The first stop for William & Kate in Dundee was the city's Rep Theatre, where they joined a group of young volunteers with See Me, a Scotland-wide initiative to end mental health stigma, who discussed their experiences of the issue and how they were helping others.
Next for William & Kate was a visit to to The Corner, an institution which runs a drop-in centre for teenagers wanting advice on a range of issues.
Next on the agenda was a visit to explorer Captain Scott's ship Royal Research Ship Discovery, which was built in Dundee and carried him and Ernest Shackleton on their first expedition to Antarctica in 1901.
The final stop for the Earl and Countess of Strathearn was Abertay University, where the royal couple met young beneficiaries of BAFTA’s support for new talent in the gaming industry.
Today, Kate wore a bespoke blue coat from Scottish designer Christopher Kane.
On closer inspection you can see that it has a fine blue/black houndstooth pattern.
The silhouette is similar to the Christopher Kane ice blue sateen coat she premiered at the London Olympics Opening Ceremony.
Kate teamed the coat with a black turtleneck knit top and a matching Christopher Kane kilt-style skirt made of the same fabric as the coat.
Kate accessorized with familiar items including her Aquatalia by Marvin K. Black 'Rhumba' boots.
She carried the Stuart Weitzman 'Muse' clutch in black suede and wore black bow gloves.
We saw the return of her sapphire and diamond oval drop earrings and Cartier Ballon Bleu wristwatch.
