The Duchess of Cambridge marked the start of Children's Mental Health Week with a video message touching on this year's theme of expressing yourself.
The Duchess has supported the annual Children's Mental Health Week since it was launched in 2015 by Place2Be, a children's mental health charity of which she is royal patron.
Kate opted for a low-key look, sporting a cosy navy beanie with a large fluffy bobble, and her navy quilted Barbour 'Longshore' jacket.
I will update the post if the beanie is identified.

Earlier this week, The Duchess of Cambridge spoke to other parents of primary school children about the pressure and mental health challenges brought on by the pandemic.
The conversation built on some of the key issues that were raised in The Duchess’ landmark survey on the Early Years, such as parental wellbeing and loneliness.
Kate sported her green Massimo Dutti wool flannel blazer, first seen last November in a video message about the "5 Big Questions" survey.
Kate accessorized with her Daniella Draper Cupid Hoop earrings and the jeweler's Personalised Gold Midnight Moon Necklace.
I don't recognize the green ribbed top. The neckline appears higher compared to her Mango 'Elliot' Ribbed Knit Sweater. I will update the post if it is identified.
The Duchess of Cambridge commemorated Holocaust Memorial Day with a special conversation with Holocaust survivors, and youth ambassadors from the Holocaust Educational Trust.
The Duchess spoke with holocaust survivors Zigi Shipper and Manfred Goldberg, who The Duke and Duchess met at Stutthof in 2017. The Duchess discussed the importance of remembering the atrocities committed during the Holocaust, and of championing younger generations to ensure that the stories of survivors continue to be shared into the future.
Kate looked elegant in a grey rib knit sweater and black trousers.
I believe the top may be the Alexander McQueen fine ribbed knit top (Was $851 - now $553). Kate's top has the same variation in the rib direction.
She accessorized with her Simone Rocha Faux-Pearl Curb-Chain Earrings, and a solitary pendant necklace. It appears to be the same one she wore for last week's video call with nurses in North Yorkshire.
We've had a couple of suggestions for the necklace. @TashaS1973 proposes the pendant may be a Whitby Jet gemstone from North Yorkshire. Whitby Jet has a historical connection to the royal family. When Price Albert died in 1861, Queen Victoria took to wearing Whitby Jet jewellery in remembrance of him, quickly making it the etiquette to accessorise the period's mourning dress with jewellery made from the gemstone. Below is a close match from W.Hamond - "The original Whitby Jet shop":
@LadyParky79 suggests it may be the Astley Clarke Pendant Necklace featuring a round table-cut semi-precious gemstone.
A reader suggests the Merci Maman Kindred Round Pendant.
ID UPDATE (10 Feb 2021): Based on better quality images from a video chat The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had with nursing students on Tuesday 9th February, we can clearly see the necklace is a match for the Astley Clarke Round Stilla Lapis Lazuli Pendant Necklace (£160).
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge sent a message and a traditional lunch to Scottish hospital workers to mark Burns Night - an annual celebration in Scotland, commemorating the birthday of the legendary poet Robert Burns, born in 1759.
The Duke and Duchess teamed up with NHS Charities Together & Tayside Health Fund to treat staff caring for coronavirus patients at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, to a lunch of haggis, neeps and tatties. They also arranged for royal warrant holders to donate Burns Biscuits and gift boxes to a further 100 staff to thank them for the work they have been doing.
Kate wore her Emilia Wickstead ensemble. We first got a glimpse of the top when the Duchess wore it to the Queen's Christmas luncheon in 2019.
It is still too difficult to say with certainty if it is a bespoke blouse paired with her matching 'Pris' midi skirt, or if it is a custom version of the designer's 'Anni' dress. We won't know unless Kate wears the blouse independent of the skirt
The Duchess also wore her Simone Rocha Faux-Pearl Curb-Chain Earrings.
On Tuesday 19th January, The Duchess of Cambridge held a meeting via video link with nurses from Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust in her role as Patron of the Nursing Now Campaign.
The Nursing Now campaign is aimed at raising the profile and status of the nursing profession worldwide. During the video call, the Duchess praised the work of nurses throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
Kate wore a black blazer with a white notch collar blouse. @georgiesmum2 suggests the top may be the Boden 'Tabitha' Silk Shirt. I've done a comparison of the collar and the notch detail appears to be wider on Kate's blouse. Also, I think Kate's top may have a concealed button placket or a wrap front.
ID UPDATE (1 Mar 2021): Huge thanks to @polkadotpopp for catching Holland Cooper confirming on Instagram that the Duchess of Cambridge's mysterious white shirt is their Shirt Bodysuit!
There was also a new disc pendant necklace in addition to her Simone Rocha Faux-Pearl Curb-Chain Earrings.
