The Princess of Wales marked Addiction Awareness Week 2022 with a message of support to those who continue to suffer.
Kate recorded the video for the Action on Addiction campaign led by the Forward Trust of which she is Patron. The campaign aims to reframe existing perceptions of addiction, build awareness of the causes and nature of addiction, improve understanding, reduce prejudice and enable more people to ask for and receive help.

The Prince and Princess of Wales helped celebrate the 10th anniversary of Coach Core today at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London.
The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales started the Coach Core programme in 2012, in the wake of the London Riots and to contribute to the legacy of the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games. Since its launch, the now independent charity has provided sports coaching apprenticeships to more than 750 disadvantaged young people.

The Prince and Princess of Wales have taken over BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat to present a mental health special to mark World Mental Health Day.
The royal couple visited Radio 1's Live Lounge to hear from four guests about their mental health experiences. During the discussion, Prince William and Princess Catherine spoke about mental illness stigmas, the pressures of social media, and ways to equip young people with the tools to express their feelings. The show will broadcast tomorrow on Radio 1, 1Xtra and Asian Network.

The Princess of Wales, Patron of England Rugby, has recorded a message to wish the team good luck at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
Kate wore her red Zara Textured Double-Breasted Blazer with an off-white scoop neck top underneath.
Pinned to her lapel was an official England Rugby Rose brooch made from 925 sterling silver with hand painted red enamel rose petals.
The earrings are her KIKI Citrine Pear Drop Earrings.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are in Northern Ireland today where they will spend the day visiting cross-community organisations.

On arrival in the country's capital of Belfast, the royal couple visited the PIPS charity which provides crisis support for those at risk of suicide & self-harm. They met with staff and counsellors, learning more about the vital work the charity provides throughout Northern Ireland.
At Trademarket Belfast, the Prince and Princess met with vendors at the city’s outdoor street-food & retail market. Learning more about the project's establishment. William and Kate also showcased their cocktail-making skills.
The Prince and Princess later visited Carrick Connect, a youth charity based in east Antrim offering support services to young people experiencing social or emotional difficulties. Their Royal Highnesses met with mentors and with service users who benefit from the charity’s work.
The Prince and Princess, who were granted the titles of Baron and Baroness Carrickfergus by Queen Elizabeth II, also met with members of the local community along the town’s seafront, against the backdrop of Carrickfergus Castle.
Catherine, Princess of Wales visited the Royal Surrey County Hospital on Wednesday.
During her visit to the hospital's maternity unit, which delivers and cares for around 3,000 babies per year, the princess heard about the holistic support it provides to pregnant women and new mothers.
