Today, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Young Minds Parent Helpline as part of their Heads Together campaign to end the mental health stigma.
The engagement was embargoed, however, upon their arrival, news quickly spread that the royal couple were in the area.
William and Kate undertook some of the essential training received by Young Minds helpline volunteers.
Volunteers are trained to listen, talk & ask parents questions on what is worrying them about their child’s behaviour.
The Duchess spoke about the need for helplines like Young Minds:
"William and I found it absolutely fascinating, from hearing the case study and also taking the calls. She said the types of calls were so varied - 'what their worries are, their concerns'. She added: 'What we've taken away is just how normal it is. We are parents ourselves, I am sure we will face worries - we do face worries, because we've got small young children. If those worries escalate, how vital it is to get support - and you are providing that support." She added: "As a parent and as a mother, having that feeling that there is somebody there that is non-judgemental, that can provide the professional support, and that can really provide helping hand at a really difficult time."
Today, the Duchess stepped out in a new summer frock from her favorite high-street brand, LK Bennett. She wore the label's 'Eugenia skirted dress'; rendered in salsa red with short sleeves and a seamed A-line skirt. The dress is from a 2015 collection and was originally priced at £225. It has unfortunately sold out.
This is a colour and silhouette that Kate favours. The design is reminiscent of her LK Bennett 'Cayla' dress.
Kate accessorized with her go-to pieces from this season.
On her feet were the Ginavito Rossi Praline suede 'Gianvito 105' pumps which are available at My Theresa and Net-a-Porter. Kate carried her much-loved LK Bennett 'Nina' clutch.

Fresh from summer holidays, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge resumed their royal duties with a visit to Luton in Bedfordshire today.
They had a day of engagements lined up, and their first stop was at Luton's iconic Bute Mills, the new home for national charity Youthscape. The organization provides innovation and training in youth work.
After touring the recently renovated site, the royal couple officially opened the space for Youthscape.
Next, William and Kate visited Keech Hospice Care where they met families, friends and volunteers of the hospice which supports both children and adults.
Keech Hospice Care's mission is to help children and adults live pain and symptom free, and to spend quality time with their family and friends. During their visit The Duke and Duchess attended a reception and unveiled a plaque to mark 25 years of the hospice.
The day concluded with a visit to Hayward Tyler Luton, to present them with The Queen's Award for Enterprise (International Trade).
The engineering company celebrated its 200th anniversary last year and today the royal couple officially opened their newly built Centre of Excellence.
On this warm summers day, Kate opted for a light floral dress. She repeated the popular LK Bennett 'Lasa' poppy print dress, first seen in Australia during the 2014 Downunder royal tour.
Since it's introduction, LK Bennett has continued to reissue the design. This season they offer the 'Lara' which features cornflower blue poppies. The hue is slightly muted compared to the snorkel blue poppy print of the 'Lasa'.
Kate completed the look with her new-favorite accessories, also by LK Bennett. On her feet were the 'Fern' trench leather pumps and she carried the matching 'Nina' clutch.
The Duchess kept her jewellery minimal, only wearing her beloved sapphire & diamond oval drop 'Diana' earrings.
