The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are in Birmingham for a day of engagements. The royal couple kicked off their Midlands tour with a visit to Jaguar Land Rover's Solihull Manufacturing Plant.
Kate revived an outfit from her second pregnancy for today's outing. She sported the Goat 'Washington' coat which she first wore in New York while pregnant with Princess Charlotte.
The mod style 'Washington' coat is made from heavy-weight black wool crepe. It has a classic swing coat shape and contrast nude tabs on the cuffs and back and decorative contrast enamel buttons. It retailed for £680 but sold out long ago.
This is Kate's second Goat Fashion repeat in a week. Last Tuesday, she donned her Goat 'Redgrave' coat for a visit to the Hornsey Road Children's Centre which she first wore in 2013 while pregnant with Prince George.
The Duchess has a penchant for Goat Fashion when she is expecting. Earlier this month she debuted the Eloise tunic dress by the London fashion label at the Place2Be forum. Despite the fact that Goat isn’t a maternity clothing line, the brand's signature shift silhouettes are a good choice for anyone with a changing figure.
Today Kate teamed the Washington coat with a black turtleneck top and skinny jeans. The Duchess accessorized with her KIKI Lauren Yellow Gold Pave Diamond Leaf Earrings and carried her beloved Mulberry 'Bayswater' clutch.
It's believed Kate's new black suede boots are the Russell & Bromley 'Hi Ride' Mid Heel Riding Boots (£325) - ID by Jenny via @KateMiddStyle.
For their next stop, William & Kate paid a visit to the Aston Villa Football Club at Villa Park to showcase the Coach Core apprenticeship program.
Kate changed into more casual attire and swapped her Goat coat and suede boots for her red Perfect Moment Mini Duvet quilted down ski jacket and New Balance x SB Exclusive Sneakers. She debuted both pieces at a training session for the London Marathon in February.
Following the event at Villa Park stadium, the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge visited Acme Whistles, the world’s largest producer of whistles. Kate was back in her original outfit for this final engagement in Birmingham.
