The Duchess of Cambridge marked the start of Children's Mental Health Week with a video message touching on this year's theme of expressing yourself.
The Duchess has supported the annual Children's Mental Health Week since it was launched in 2015 by Place2Be, a children's mental health charity of which she is royal patron.
Kate opted for a low-key look, sporting a cosy navy beanie with a large fluffy bobble, and her navy quilted Barbour 'Longshore' jacket.
I will update the post if the beanie is identified.

I know a lot are a bit put off buy Kate & William's charity work and their what was most of 2020's video calls. But, I really love how much Kate has done(I also love all her so-called flower dresses). This video released today, it shows how passionate and sincere she is in her charity work, she could just hide out, but instead she's the Katergizer bunny.

A relaxed and happy Duchess Kate is what we all love to see! Thank you for bringing us so much joy! She looks like a school girl in the hat, charming.
