Afterwards, The Duke and Duchess visited Shortwood Teacher's College in Kingston.
The couple then visited Spanish Town Hospital in Kingston.
The Duchess choose a white Alexander McQueen pant suit for today's engagements, offset with pops of orange. Below is a breakdown of the outfit.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge set off for Jamaica from Belize earlier today for the second leg of their Platinum Jubilee Royal Tour of the Caribbean.
The Duchess looked chic in a red and white ensemble for the departure from Philip S. W Goldson International Airport.
Kate wore a vintage bright red Yves Saint Laurent belted jacket she reportedly bought while studying at the University of St Andrews two decades ago.
There is a silk-rayon blend version of the YSL safari jacket at 1stDibs.com. Kate's piece appears to be made from a silk faille stripe fabric.
The white pants appear to be the Alexander McQueen crepe tailored trousers (£590), as suggested by @bojanana.
The Duchess carried her Mulberry Small Amberley Crossbody Bag in White Grain Leather.
On her feet were a new pair of white leather heels - the Aquazzura 'Cece' 105mm pumps (£605). ID by @cambridg_sussex.
Kate added the Anthropologie Coral Shell Drop Earrings (€55) featuring a baroque pearl (ID by @KateMiddStyle).
She also accessorized with her Halcyon Days 'Maya Torque' Aquamarine and Gold Bangle.
And finally, a look at Kate's pulled back hair style.
Following their departure, Kensington Palace released footage of the Duke and Duchess scuba diving at South Water Caye on the Belize Barrier Reef on Sunday. The couple highlighted the need to protect this incredible marine environment.
Following the official welcome to Jamaica, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge headed to Trench Town in the capital city of Kingston.
Kate made her third wardrobe change of the day, and stepped out in a vintage coral & turquoise print dress.
This eye-catching 1950's dress featuring a matching shawl was available at the Willow Hillson Vintage boutique (found by @Heaven_LeeM). The print is a vibrant striped palette of turquoise blue, coral, and yellow with a black filigree pattern. The original design had thin shoulder straps, but we suspect The Duchess had her skilled dressmaker use fabric from the shawl to create thicker straps.
On her feet were Russell & Bromley's 'Impulse' slingback pumps in natural raffia (£195). ID by @innominate_93.
We saw the return of the gold Maria Black 'Cha Cha' Earrings.
The Duchess kept on the gold-tone Steelz and Mantraz 'She's Royal' cuff bracelet from earlier today.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived in Jamaica from Belize today for the second leg of the Platinum Jubilee Royal Tour of the Caribbean.
The couple received a ceremonial welcome at Norman Manley International Airport before heading to meet the Governor General of Jamaica Sir Patrick Allen and wife Lady Allen at Kings House.
The Duchess arrived wearing a yellow Roksanda dress - a sartorial nod to the Jamaican flag.
The design is a modified version of the label's 'Brigitte' bow-shoulder crepe midi dress shown below in marigold (£1,095).
She kept on the white Aquazzura 'Cece' 105mm pumps from earlier today.
Kate however swapped the Mulberry Small Amberley bag for a vintage Salvatore Ferragamo Vara bow clutch in white. Kate Middleton Style was able to find the past-season style in black.
She also added a new pair of earrings - the Sézane Celeste's. ID by Kate Middleton Style.
Kate finished the look with a new gold-tone cuff bracelet from local Jamaican jeweller, Steelz and Mantraz by Lashawndla Bailey-Miller.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the spectacular Mayan site of Caracol in western Belize on the third day of a Platinum Jubilee Royal Tour of the Caribbean.
The couple learnt about the history of the ancient Mayan archaeological site located in the Chiquibul Forest, and climbed to the top of the country's tallest man-made structure - known as the 'sky palace'.
This was followed by a visit to the British Army Training Support Unit (BATSUB) at the Chiquibul Forest Reserve, in Good Living Camp. BATSUB delivers tropical environment training to troops from the UK alongside international partners.
Prince William trained with the unit during his gap year, and today he was reunited with his former academy sergeant major at Sandhurst, who now runs the BATSUB.
