The Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Cornwall have hosted a joint video call with three of their respective children’s hospice Patronages to mark this year’s Children’s Hospice Week.

The belted DVF 'Maja' dress features three-quarter length sleeves, and V back secured along the full length of the back with goldtone snap fastenings.
Kate first wore it for the British Consul-General reception in Los Angeles during the 2011 North American royal tour and then a few weeks later to the pre-Wedding party of Zara Phillips and a Mike Tindall.

It's lovely to see Kate and Camila working together for a great cause. Kate looks gorgeous in green and I love her hair today.

Remarkable video for a GREAT cause! Kate and Camilla working together was wonderful, as well as the other hospice personnel in the video. Kate is a living angel! Keep up the wonderful work and all that you do!
