Members of the royal family joined forces for a touching video thanking nurses on International Nurses Day.
The video begins with The Queen making a phone call and features other family members including the The Duchess of Cambridge engaging with nurses from all over the Commonwealth to say thank you. Kate wore her Altuzarra 'Aimee' polka dot dress, first seen in 2016 when she paid a visit to the Stewards Academy with Heads Together.

I loved the dress when she wore it in 2016, and even more now. I like how she can rewear things from so long ago. Funny thing, last week I was watching a show with Joseph Altuzarra as judge, and wondered if he'd designed for Kate!

I believe this is the fourth consecutive time Kate has worn the earrings since her wedding anniversary, which makes me think these may have been a gift from William!
