Kate brings back green Alexander McQueen midi coat for commencement of Royal Train Tour

On Sunday evening, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge departed on the Royal Train Tour to thank communities and key workers for their extraordinary efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic .​

​The couple were filmed boarding the Royal Train at Euston railway station in central London.

This evening, The Duke and Duchess departed on the #RoyalTrainTour to pay tribute to the inspiring work of those who have gone above and beyond to support communities across England, Scotland, and Wales.

​Over the next two days, The Duke and Duchess will meet frontline workers, teachers, mental health professionals, care workers, schoolchildren & young people across England, Scotland & Wales to pass on the nation’s thanks for their efforts during this challenging year .​

Kate sported her forest green bespoke midi coat by Alexander McQueen for the departure.

The coat was first worn for a visit to Bradford in January, then seen again in Galway in March.

Tonight she accessorised the piece with her Maple Leaf Tartan Scarf by York Scarves first seen during the 2016 Canadian Royal Tour.

Kate carried her Grace Han Love Letter Small Top Handle Bag, and on her feet she wore her black Ralph Lauren Collection Suede High Heel Boots.

It appears the Duchess wore the ​Cornelia James 'Alice' Black Merino Wool Gloves.
