Today The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the launch of the National Emergencies Trust, an independent charity which will provide an emergency response to disasters in the UK.
Kate stepped out in a new royal blue Emilia Wickstead dress. It is the designer's 'Kate' a-line dress, a silhouette the Duchess also owns in lavender, and in forest green with a square neckline.
The dress was customized with a matching belt featuring a covered rectangular buckle and pointed end, as seen on a number of designs in Emilia Wickstead's AW 19 collection.
Kate offset the royal blue hue with black accessories. She a carried her Aspinal x Beulah Blue Heart Black Croc Clutch and wore a new pair of black patent heels.
They are the Jimmy Choo 'Romy 85' patent-leather pumps (US$650).
I think Kate may have worn her 'Women of the First World War' Poppy Brooch in support of the Royal British Legion.
The Duchess topped off the look with her trusty Sapphire & Diamond Oval Drop Earrings.

Kate looks gorgeous but this look is somewhat of a uniform now and she already has a few similar dresses in royal blue so I'm not sure why she needed another one.

This dress fits Kate like a glove, and is a beautiful color. Accessories simple and elegant. I love the poppy pin!

This is a lovely dress, the fit and length is perfect. Colour is divine, suits the Duchess so well. Only down side is, it resembles a number of other dresses, the Duchess has worn. It would be nice to see something different for a change. Loved the clutch and shoes. Always so nice to see the sapphire drop earrings they are beautiful
