The Duchess of Cambridge, Patron of Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, officially opened the Kantor Centre of Excellence in London today.
The new centre brings leading practitioners, researchers and young people together for the first time, to improve mental health services for children and families.

Kate stepped out in a new forest green dress by Emila Wickstead.
The custom piece is similar in design to the lavender a-line frock she first wore during the German royal tour in 2017.
The only notable difference is the neckline. This new dress features a square neckline.
Kate carried her dark blush Mulberry 'Amberley' Leather Clutch.
She teamed it with her Gianvito Rossi 'Gianvito 85' Praline Suede Pumps.
The Duchess complemented the look with her KIKI Classic Green Amethyst Diamond Earrings and the KIKI 'Candy' mini green amethyst and diamond pendant necklace.

The Duchess looks lovely in this outfit. The dress is a perfect fit, with clear lines. The length is spot on. The neckline is a nice change, for me a softening effect. I have always liked the Duchess in green, it suits her so well. Love the colour of her accessories. Her jewellery, gorgeous with this outfit.

While Kate always looks great and dresses appropriately for the occassion, I feel like she's stuck in a style rut. We can almost predict what she's going to wear. I know a future queen is not supposed to be 'fashionable', but my goodness, switch it up a little. Surprise us now and again.

Completely agree! I love the color and the neckline...but she truly seems to have 3 looks...daytime event, outdoor event, evening event. She obviously has a spectacular tailor...change it up and have it tailored and it will be a complete win.
