The Queen unveiled a plaque in the new auditorium – formally opening Bush House, before Her Majesty and the Duchess signed the Visitor's Book.
Following this joint engagement with the Queen, Kate went solo for a visit to the Foundling Museum in her new role as Patron.
The Foundling Museum tells the history of the Foundling Hospital, the UK’s first children’s charity and public art gallery. The museum works with contemporary artists, writers and musicians to develop learning programmes that are meaningful for young people.
Today, Kate debuted a custom grey tweed Catherine Walker dress with black velvet trim. It features a belted waist, pointed collar, and buttons on the cuff.
The Duchess bought back her beloved Lock & Co ‘Fairy Tale’ hat for the King’s College London visit.
Other familiar pieces included her Mulberry 'Bayswater' suede clutch and Gianvito Rossi 'Piper' 85 Black Suede Pumps.
The Duchess finished the look with her KIKI White Topaz Cushion Drop & Diamond Earrings.

I really this new winter grey dress, reminded me of her other two grey dresses that have a lot of detail & style it is called Orla Kiely Pleated Grey Daisy Dress that Kate wore Oct, 2015 & March, 2012. Another favorite is the Jesire Shawl grey/black Dress wore Feb, 2012. Both of these dresses have too much style and might have outshine the Queen, hopefully we will see Kate wear both of these dresses again, both are my favorites.

Kate's grey dress is the perfect complement to the Queen's pink outfit. They both look great!

I love this dress. I prefer the length of the outfit much better than some the Duchess has wore. The hat is prefect. Accessories look terrific, a polished look. Great post
