For their second engagement on the final day of Royal Visit Scotland, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Edinburgh Leisure’s Craiglockhart Tennis Centre for a first-hand introduction to LTA Youth, a new programme that will help more children enjoy the benefits of playing tennis, whatever their age, gender, ability, disability or background.
The LTA is the National Governing Body for tennis in Great Britain and its mission is to govern and grow tennis in Britain, from grassroots participation through to the professional game. During their visit, Kate and William took part in a series of LTA Youth drills with local children.
