On Day 2 of the royal visit to Scotland, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge headed to Orkney, an archipelago off the northeastern coast of Scotland to officially open the Balfour Hospital in Kirkwall.
KATE'S OUTFIT
COAT: Massimo Dutti Button Cashmere Wool Camel Coat (repeat).
EARRINGS: Hamilton & Inches Flora Drop Earrings (repeat). UNIDENTIFIED PIECES: Camel wide leg pants and leather belt.

It's just been pointed out to me that the zip fly on Kate's trousers is on the opposite side

Love the scarf, earrings and hair, but overall not loving this look. Brown on brown on brown on brown.

That's a great find Isa! Everything seems to match up however I don't think Kate's trousers are made from the same fabric. I'll keep this bookmarked in case she wears them again and we get a better look at the detail.

They are similar but the fit on the top part of the pants are wrong. Now if she had them tailored to fit more in the top and the color a little lighter they may work.

One of her best looks recently. I've always thought she would look good in beige. Love everything about the outfits besides the hairstyle, it's too girly.

The Strathearn tartan scarf has an unusual combination of colours that the Duchess is trying to co-ordinate her full outfit around. The Massimo Dutti coat is beautifully cut and fits Duchess Catherine very well. I like the wide legged pants on her but think it is the tone of beige in the trousers that is not gelling with the other beige items. Well done for identifying the new shoes; the too long trousers almost mask the shoes.

In some ways these pants remain me of her Jigsaw High Waisted Sport Luxe Trousers, but the top part of the trousers remind me of Dressage breeches. If you notice that the zipper on the navy trousers is the same way on these trousers. I checked Jigsaw pants but they don't seem to work because of how the top part of the trousers are made. Does anyone know if there is a designer that sometimes uses a similar style of the Dressage breeches but in wide legged trousers?
