Today The Duchess of Cambridge visited Robin Hood Primary School to celebrate 10 years of the Royal Horticultural Society Campaign for School Gardening.
The RHS programme provides children with gardening opportunities to enhance their skills & boost development.
Kate wore a mix of casual favorites for the outing.
She paired her Barbour Ladies Waxed Defence Jacket with her black Temperley London Honeycomb Tunic Sweater and black skinny jeans.
The jacket has been in Kate's closet since at least 2012, but this is the first time she has worn it for an official engagement. It's her jacket of choice when strolling in the gardens of Kensington Palace! The style has been discontinued but Barbour offers a small selection of waxed coats in their current collection:
On her feet the Duchess wore her trusty Penelope Chilvers Long Tassel Boots (£475). They have been a staple in Kate's closet for over a decade. They are available to purchase directly from Penelope Chilvers.

I don't comment much, but just wanted to drop in and say thank you for the work that you do. I follow your Queen Letizia style blog as well. You are always prompt, on point and accurate - and I love your "get the look for less" options at the end of each post. Your work is valued and we appreciate it!!

I love Kate's casual look here. And she looks good as well. I can't believe she still fits into those old boots from a decade ago. I was told women often grow shoe sizes with each child. I wonder if that is true to all
