Kate in vintage-inspired Ghost blouse for video chat with Armed Forces families

The Duchess of Cambridge spoke with Armed Forces families who have lost loved ones in combat to hear about the importance of Remembrance week to them.

Kate debuted the Ghost 'Boo' Blouse (£79) featuring an oversized scalloped, contrast collar with embroidered edging.  The vintage-inspired satin shirt is currently available at Ghost London and John Lewis.

The Duchess wore her pearl drop earrings, believed to be the Simone Rocha Faux-Pearl Curb-Chain Earrings.
