William and Catherine started the day in Anglesey, an island in the North of Wales. The couple have a strong connection to the island as they spent the first few years of their marriage on Anglesey when Prince William served as an operational SAR pilot.
Today they dropped in to the RNLI Holyhead Lifeboat Station - one of the oldest lifeboat stations on the Welsh coast.
Some may recall it was the location of the couple’s first official joint engagement in February 2011.
The Prince and Princess greeted members of the public as they walked to the Holyhead Marine Cafe and Bar, where they are met representatives of small businesses and organisations, including the Coastguard and Sea Cadets.
Kate and William then traveled to Swansea, located in the South of Wales. Here they visited St Thomas Church, a re-developed church that supports people in the local area.
