Today marks the first day of the Platinum Jubilee weekend and the 70th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's Coronation. The celebration kicked off with the Queen's Birthday Parade, the Trooping the Colour.
For the horse carriage procession down The Mall, The Duchess of Cambridge was joined by her three children, and Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall.
Meanwhile, Prince William was on horseback alongside his father, Prince Charles, and Princess Anne, in their roles as Colonels.
Following the parade, the Cambridge family were reunited on the balcony at Buckingham Palace for the traditional RAF fly-past.
Kate looked radiant in her white Alexander McQueen coatdress which she debuted last June for the G7 Summit in Cornwall and 'The Big Lunch'.
It is a custom version of the A-line crepe coat seen in the SS 2015 collection.
Kate debuted a navy & white Philip Treacy Saturn Dome Hat - the OC-915 style from the SS 22 collection.
We got a glimpse of the navy Strathberry Multrees Embossed Croc Chain Wallet.
We saw the return of the Sapphire and Diamond Pendant Necklace. Today Kate complemented it with sapphire drop earrings previously worn on numerous occasions by the late Princess Diana.
The earrings are cabochon sapphire in diamond clusters with a single diamond suspending the lower cluster. The top sapphire is surrounded by eight diamonds, and the bottom cluster has nine. The provenance of the earrings is currently unknown.
The Platinum Jubilee celebrations will continue tomorrow with a Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral.
