The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn on Sunday to mark the 72nd anniversary of the formation of the National Health Service (NHS).

The Duchess stepped out in a new shirt dress by Beulah London for the NHS birthday celebrations in Norfolk. ID by @HeavenQRF. It is the brand's navy 'Shalini' silk midi dress (£525) featuring a digitally printed floral pattern that is contrasted with a white point collar and matching cuffs. The 100% silk dress is made in England with a fitted bodice followed by a flared skirt, then cinched at the waist with a coordinating belt. 
The style is reminiscent of her Alessandra Rich Navy Pleated Polka-Dot Midi Dress, and Kate recently wore the Beulah 'Calla' Shirt Dress which also has a contrast collar.

Yet, another boring floral-print midi dress that looks so much like her Alessandra Rich dress. While Kate looks refined, beautiful and appropriate for the occasion, I don't understand her need to buy clothes that look so similar to things she already has in her closet.

Hey, I don't think her earrings are the same as the one she previously wore. The previous ones were white ish not gold at the studs. What Kate Wore is saying that they are new pairs.

This is the first occasion we got a good look at the earrings. We never had high resolution images from the video clips and I so believe they are the same pair x

Her hair looks shorter? Did she just get a haircut? The ponytail is slightly off to the right by the way. I think she has been doing hair and makeup by herself recently, anyone else thinks the same? She still looks natural. The dress has a wide shoulder which makes her look narrower waist down, her professional dresser won’t make that sort of mistake...
