The Duchess of Cambridge returned to public duty today following a long summer break. Kate visited the RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire today to meet a number of those who supported the UK’s evacuation of civilians from Afghanistan.
Operation PITTING, the largest humanitarian aid operation for over 70 years, which saw 15,000 people flown out of Kabul in August by the Royal Air Force. Over 850 people arrived at RAF Brize Norton during the two week operation, who were provided with food, clothing, children’s toys, medical support, and childcare and sanitary products whilst their details were processed.
During the visit, The Duchess met with military personnel and civilians who were directly involved in the effort.
The Duchess marked her visit by signing a commemorative document.

This is a very elegant look and I love the blouse. I do think this reads a bit old for her..if you put your hand over her face..the outfit itself fits better on someone much older going to a business meeting. Her hair looks great as usual and I love the earrings and just bought a pair!
