The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had two engagements in London today.
They first visited Evelina London Children's Hospital to hear from staff and parents about the hospital's life changing care and support. This morning, Kensington Palace announced that The Duchess has become Patron of the hospital.
Later in the afternoon, Kate and William joined The Passage Charity, a Resource Centre for homeless people, for an arts and crafts workshop to prepare cards and gifts ahead of centre’s Christmas party next week.
Kate stepped out in the LK Bennett Mortimer Green Polka Dot Silk Dress (£325) - a new addition to her closet.
Designed in a green and cream patterned silk, the 'Mortimer' dress has a fitted waist to help shape an hourglass silhouette, while the pussy-bow detail adds a feminine touch to this button-down design.
She teamed it with her LK Bennett 'Dora' Khaki Suede Clutch and Gianvito Rossi 'Gianvito' 85 dark olive suede pumps (US$675) which she debuted last week in Cyprus.
The dark olive pointed-toe pumps are also available in a shorter 70 mm heel at My Theresa, and higher 105 mm heel at Budapester.
The Duchess finished the ensemble with her Annoushka Pearl and Kiki Diamond Hoop Earrings.

Love this dress it suits the Duchess, the colour is lovely. Accessories work well. More importantly a new patronage that is terrific, well done.
