Kate steps out in her Barbara Casasola off-the-shoulder dress for Addiction Awareness Week gala12/6/2019
The Duchess of Cambridge attended the first annual gala dinner in recognition of Addiction Awareness Week, in her role as Patron of Action on Addiction.
Kate repeated the Barbara Casasola 'Tribal' off-the-shoulder dress for this evening's charity dinner at Spring restaurant in London. 
It was first worn in July 2016 for the Art Fund Museum of the Year awards.
Tonight, Kate accessorized with a new clutch bag. It is the Wilbur & Gussie 'Charlie' Steel Classic Silk Clutch (£205). Thanks to @Japanese_Ginger for the ID.
Made from 100% silk, the light grey clutch bag is adorned with a silver crystal bee brooch.
She complemented the tone of the clutch with her Jimmy Choo 'Romy 100' Silver Glitter Dégradé Pumps.
Kate completed the look with her KIKI Lola Blue Topaz Hoop Earrings.

Gorgeous! She looks fresh & youthful. I love the return of the bouncy blowout. This dress accentuates her beautiful slender figure. You would never guess she had three children! This looks fresh but still elegant. Fabulous

The Duchess looks beautiful. Love this off the shoulder dress, it suits her figure so well. Shoes are lovely, but personally a pair of strappy heels would have been nice to. The silk bag with crystal bee, gorgeous. Her hair and makeup just right.

Kate looks a picture; a true British rose. I really like this dress, - it's summery and fresh - I like the shoes but I am not fussed on them together. The strappy style of shoe Kate wore when she debuted this dress in 2016 seem to me to suit the overall look better.

The dress is lovely. The shoes gorgeous. But not together. The occasion is Addiction Awareness. Perhaps not wearing Jimmy Choo Ultra sparkles shoes would be good. Save the shoes for a fancy night occasion - opera or something like that.

Completely agree. Love this dress...and I missed it first time round. Love these earrings. I like the shoes...but not with this dress. I think it would have been better with a nude pump or sandal.
