The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Natural History Museum this evening in her role as Patron to officially open the new Hintze Hall featuring the new star display – a diving blue whale skeleton.
She stepped out in a new ice blue Preen by Thornton Bregazzi 'Everly' dress (£637) - with thanks to @regalreplikate for the ID.
The 'Everly' dress is cut from stretch-crepe with a flattering gathered waist and exposed back zipper. It is has sold out in pale-blue but remains available in black.
This is the third occasion Kate has debuted a piece from the London fashion label. You may recall she also owns the Preen 'Finella' dress in red and black.
On her feet, she wore plum suede Prada scalloped sandals. They remain available in black from Net-A-Porter for US$820. It appears they are the same sandals Kate wore for the Bollywood Gala in India last year. At the time, we presumed they were black but it seems they are plum.
Kate carried a new purple suede clutch with gold frame.
According to @ufonomore it is the Jenny Packham 'Belle' clutch shown below in black.
She topped off the look with her Cassandra Goad Temple of Heaven Earrings.
