The Prince and Princess of Wales started their day by visiting Brynawel Rehabilitation Centre, where they gained direct insights into the services offered to aid individuals grappling with the consequences of substance addiction, both drug and alcohol.
For more than four decades, the Centre has been providing support initiatives across Wales, including a specific program for those dealing with Alcohol Related Brain Damage. The royal couple learned how the current garden facilities and the outdoors are used as part of their therapy.
Subsequently, The Prince and Princess proceeded to Aberavon Leisure & Fitness Centre to learn how sports can enhance mental health and well-being for locals. The Centre opened in 2016 and offers a variety of physical activities to promote a healthy lifestyle. William and Kate showcased their competitive streak in the spin studio!
The last event of the day saw The Prince and Princess visit the Wales Air Ambulance headquarters. The royal couple met with volunteers, supporters, and emergency responders, and learned about recent operations across Wales. They also discussed the significance of prioritizing mental health with the emergency workers. The Prince William was announced as the charity's new Patron during the visit.

Kate is on the way to becoming as savvy as Letizia with her use of monochrome. This is such a neat reversal to wear the winter white on top and have the darker hue underneath.

I find it very disappointing that Catherine does not wear pieces from the Queen, Diana, and her own jewelry collection. She has many lovely and delicate pieces. As a future Queen she should choose to showcase these pieces.

I disagree, I these hard times I think its important that she doesn't push her wealth into the faces of people that can hardly afford to feed themselves and their children. There's absolutely nothing wrong with wearing cheaper alternatives...hence the Zara skirt !

Love the skirt, and white turtleneck sweater. The white coat is gorgeous. The boots and bag look lovely. The earrings are beautiful.

Thanks for sharing! I'm curious, did the tailor confirm this? The cut of this coat seems different from the blue coat and the white one she wore recently.
