Today, the Princess of Wales, Patron of the Victoria and Albert Museum, visited the Young V&A to perform the official opening ceremony.
The Young V&A, formerly known as the V&A Museum of Childhood, is set to open its doors to the public this coming Saturday. The museum is dedicated to children and young people aged 0-14 and, after undergoing a three-year transformation, it will become a world-leading institution for design and creativity.
Below are some highlights from today's engagement.
