The Prince and Princess of Wales visited Birmingham on Thursday to celebrate the city’s diverse culture and heritage.
The royal couple visited the Indian Streatery as their first stop. They met with the proprietors, the Sharma Family, who not only bring authentic Indian street food to the city but also make significant contributions to the community, including training an all-female chef team. The Prince even assisted in taking a reservation!
William and Kate then hosted a reception at The Rectory restaurant in the city's Jewellery Quarter and met with local artists, designers, and playwrights to hear about how the creative industries sector is growing in the West Midlands.
Later they joined guests for a game of interactive darts before greeting members of the public outside.
