On their final day of the Poland-Germany royal tour, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge began their morning with a train ride to Hamburg, Germany's second largest city, and home to its largest harbour.
Kate wore a purple fit-and-flare frock - a bespoke creation by Emilia Wicktead.
I found a couple similar mauve hued dresses in the Emilia Wickstead F/W 2015 collection.
The Duchess carried a new red reptile skin clutch bag.
Kate accessorized with her Kiki Lavender Amethyst Pear and Oval Drop Earrings.
We also got a glimpse of her Cartier Ballon Bleu Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch.
Upon arrival in Hamburg, the Duke and Duchess headed to the Maritime Museum on the bank of the river Elbe for a celebration of the joint UK-German year of science, which this year is focused on oceans.
The royal couple then made their way further through Hamburg’s dockside warehouse quarter to the Elbphilharmonie. Opened in January 2017, the “Elphi” one of the biggest concert halls in the world and renowned for its advanced acoustics. The Duke and Duchess joined the orchestra on stage, before listening to a special performance by the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra.
William & Kate then depart by boat and traveled down the River Elbe to their final destination for this tour: Airbus. The company’s base in Hamburg is home to production, maintenance and training facilities. The couple toured the complex and met apprentices before visiting the final assembly line of an A320 aircraft.
Following the factory tour, Prince George and Princess Charlotte joined their parents on the tarmac at the Airbus facilities to board their flight home.
Well that's a wrap! Thank you to everyone who followed along and joined me on this fun-filled tour of Poland and Germany! Now I'm off to get some much needed sleep!

There is one thing I never understood about famous people. Why they wear long sleeves and worm shoes during summer? Why not summer dress and sandals?

It's a very pretty dress, beautifully cut, but I have a problem with the colour - It's one I hate! I think it goes back to a school companion when I was about 9. Perversely I love the colour in the earrings. I admire Kate's attempt at a contrast clutch but think this wasn't quite the right shade of red. The praline Rossi courts are fine. Overall I think Kate has done really well on this tour, I've liked everything, even when not my favourite colour. Thanks so much for all your excellent posts, it's been great fun to follow her.
