The Prince and Princess of Wales made their first joint public appearance since the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, who died at Balmoral Castle on 8 September, 2022.
William and Catherine invited the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to join them to view the flowers and greet well-wishers who had gathered on the Long Walk at Windsor Castle to pay tribute to Her Majesty.
Below is a collection of photos of Catherine greeting the public and viewing the flowers.
For today's walkabout, Princess Kate wore a simple black sheath dress with velvet trim details.
Gabi on Twitter points out that the design is identical to the blue Jenny Packham dress she wore during a visit to Ballymena in 2019.
It appears she wore her Gianvito Rossi 'Gianvito 105' pumps in black suede.
The princess completed the sombre ensemble with her beloved Annoushka Pearl and Kiki Diamond Hoop Earrings.
Yesterday, Kate was spotted driving in Windsor wearing a black Cefinn 'Eva' Blouson Sleeve Fit and Flare Merino Knit Dress as identified by @foundbybojana.
The £280 rib-knit dress features a funnel neck, blouson sleeves and a flared skirt.

The Princess looks lovely and elegant as usual with a subtle nod to the Queen by wearing pearl earrings. A lovely thoughtful gesture.
