The Duchess of Cambridge was scheduled to join Prince William at the Tusk Awards this evening, but was forced to miss the event 'due to the children' according to a Kensington Palace spokesman.
During the ceremony, the Palace released a photo of Kate and William with the Tusk Awards nominees and finalists taken earlier in the day.
The Duchess wore her custom olive green Beulah London Yahvi Midi Dress.
Kate's version of the 'Yahvi' dress is made from 100% wool crepe and does not have the fluted sleeve. Instead it is fashioned with a three button cuff. Below we see it on Kate when she wore it for the first time in January for a visit to the Family Action Lewisham centre.
The Duchess added a matching fabric belt today.
On her feet Kate wore her dark olive Gianvito Rossi 'Gianvito' 85 suede pumps.
It appears Kate wore mystery hoop earrings we first saw in March during a Scouts event.
