The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge are in Belgium today and tomorrow to commemorate the centenary of the Battle of Passchendaele - one of the First World War's bloodiest battles, also known as the Third Battle of Ypres.
Tonight's event was held at The Menin Gate Memorial to the Missing - a war memorial in Ypres, dedicated to the British and Commonwealth soldiers who were killed in the Battle of Passchendaele and whose graves are unknown. Also in attendance was British PM Theresa May, and the King and Queen of Belgium.
The Duchess with Queen Mathilde.
This is the second occasion the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have visited Belgium. You may recall their visit in August 2014 when they took part in ceremonies for the centenary of World War I.
This evening, Kate opted for a repeat and wore her ivory Alexander McQueen coat dress. She first wore it for Princess Charlotte's Christening and again at last year's Trooping the Colour.
The coat is a customized piece based on the designer's wool-silk pleated open neck coat (US$2,975). It features signature McQueen styling with a wing collar, peaked shoulders and a fit-and-flare silhouette. Kate's version has no pleats and pockets, and she also had it modified with full length sleeves.
Kate teamed the coat with her ivory Lock & Co 'Marisabel' hat, which we saw her wear to the 2015 Trooping the Colour parade. The headpiece was handcrafted by Sylvia Fletcher, Lock & Co.'s leading milliner and sculpted using sinamay and then finished with a curled feather in a matching tone.
Her pearl accessories also originated from past Trooping the Colour outfits. Kate debuted the Balenciaga 'Eugenia' Pearl Clip Earrings at the 2016 parade and she first wore the pearl brooch to the the 2014 event.
Kate carried the Anne Grand-Clément 'Plain Iron' zip purse that she debuted in Germany a little more than a week ago. The pouch comes in various sizes and retails from £145.
The only new item today were her shoes. She premiered a pair of the Emmy London 'Rebecca' courts in 'Cinder' suede (£425).
And finally, here's a look at Kate's up-do.
