The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge held a video call with teachers and students at Casterton Primary Academy in Burnley to bring some royal cheer during the COVID-19 crisis.
Teachers across the UK are dedicating their time to keeping schools open for the children of key workers and vulnerable children. William and Kate called to thank them for their hard work and dedication. Kate wore a new top by Zara. It appears to be the brand's mustard puff sleeved sweater (US$39.99) as suggested by @HeavenQRF, @cambridgeroyall and @HrhUKate. It is a past season style which has unfortunately sold out.
You may recall Kate has a dress version of this silhouette which she wore earlier this year for a visit to Mumbles and Port Talbot.

The Academy has a logo with deep yellow Star that said Shine and a few of the boys had sweatshirts with that same school color, so I believe Kate seems to always wear a color/theme and this beautiful style sweater was in support of the school. I have a sweater top similar with fitted long sleeves and bellowing out from the fitted arms, it is a style that is old that comes back every ten years or so. I think when this sweater top was purchase it was for something else in her wardrobe, possible the Gucci pleated checked wool-twill midi shirt she wore in the winter 2020 or something we haven’t seen yet. 💛💫
